In summary, Seagrave Developments' services are as follows; we are always interested in making new land acquisitions, undertake demolition and constructing whilst we also construct

Seagrave Developments - Land Acquisitions
If you have a piece of land that you believe offers development potential, maybe a large garden, derelict building(s), old factory, commercial site etc, we are always interested to hear from you. Please get in touch through our Contact Us page and we will be in touch with you shortly.
If we believe that a site offers development potential, we are usually most interested in purchasing the land. We may also consider joint ventures and would always encourage anyone with land in Northamptonshire to contact us to discuss in further detail.
We are currently keen to secure agricultural land in the Wellingborough area for equestrian purposes.
Seagrave Developments - Construction
We already work with one large Housing Association and are about to embark upon our first project with another. We are always keen to build new government funded and corporate relationships. We also undertake one off developments for customers including annexes and self-builds.
