Seagrave Developments - Our Company
Seagrave Developments has grown as a company in the last eleven years and its success has been partly down to its Director's insistence to personally manage all projects from inception to completion.
Over the years, the company's knowledge and experience has grown to include an innate ability to earmark prime development sites. Furthermore, we have a good understanding of the planning process, having undergone some complex planning applications and appeals. We carry out regular research to ensure we are fully conversant in legislation and retain some strong relationships with local Estate Agents, to keep on top of changes in the Housing Industry, particularly with regards to property and land values.
We are registered with NHBC for warranties, the Considerate Constructor's Scheme and are fully aware of the importance of building within Health and Safety Regulations at all times.
Having built a number of developments for Orbit Housing Association, we are also now conversant in building to Code for Sustainable Homes and are supportive of building ecologically and waste efficiently, leaving as little impact on the environment as possible.
As a profitable company, we are in a strong financial position, making sound, viable decisions, taking into account all of the above factors.
