Since forming in 2000, Seagrave Developments Ltd has been involved in land acquisition and property development in the Northamptonshire area, building itself a reputation as an independent, local construction company which offers an unparalleled build quality and service to its customers.
We have been involved in a variety projects over the last ten years including land sales/purchases, one-off house builds and annexes, small developments of executive homes and larger developments of affordable housing. Working in conjunction with a local Housing Association, many residents of the Burton Latimer, Kettering and Wellingborough areas have been able to live in a better quality of home than would have otherwise been possible, due to the increasing availability of shared ownership homes.
We have also been responsible for a number of larger executive properties, including a luxury 8000 sq ft building in Sywell, Northampton. Such prestigious developments require fine attention to detail. We use the best suppliers and employ the best craftsmen to enable us to achieve a finish which is second to none.
